Julio Germán Arias Castillo works in Morgan Stanley, and will soon be joining the University of Oxford’s Blavatnik School of Government as a Master of Public Policy candidate. He graduated with honors from the Huntsman Program in International Studies and Business. While at Penn, he served on leadership positions for Wharton Latino, the Wharton Business Law Association, the Undergraduate Assembly, and the International Student Advisory Board. He was presented with the 2014 Penn Alumni Student Award of Merit.
Currently, Julio Germán is part of the Steering Committee of Young Professionals of the Americas, an initiative of the Americas Society/Council of the Americas. He is also Director of International Public Relations of Enseña por Panamá, network partner of Teach for America.
