Vice Dean, Aresty Institute of Executive Education; Adjunct Assistant Professor of Management
Monica McGrath is the Vice Dean of Wharton’s Aresty Institute of Executive Education. She is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Management at Wharton where she has taught courses in leadership, organizational behavior, teamwork and negotiations. She teaches in both open-enrollment and custom programs for Wharton Executive Education. Course topics have included succession planning, mentoring, internal coaching, teamwork, talent management, negotiations, emotional intelligence and women in leadership roles. In addition to her work at Wharton, Monica has worked as an executive coach to senior executives and their teams in corporations and nonprofit organizations. She has designed learning programs for senior executive teams and high-potential managers at a variety of Fortune 500 companies. Monica holds a M.Ed. in adult learning and a Ph.D. in psychological studies in education with an emphasis in organizational systems from Temple University.
