Alan Gluck formed Airport Economic & Concession Consulting LLC in 2015. Previously, he worked for AIRMALL USA since 2013 overseeing efforts to grow and expand the AIRMALL portfolio throughout North America and also driving innovation by engaging and incorporating new concessions concepts. He possesses more than two decades of experience in concessions development, management and consulting. Prior to joining AIRMALL, Alan served as a concessions consultant, working with both domestic and international airport clients. He previously served as the aviation business manager for concessions for the Broward County Aviation Department, where he was responsible for growing revenue and enhancing the concessions program at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. Alan’s experience also includes serving both as deputy director and acting director for the Office of Commercial Management at the Maryland Aviation Administration (MAA), which operates Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI).
